Catering |
Guests can choose to do all their catering for themselves or make use of the services offered by Lindani
- Lindani offers freshly prepared food delivered to your lodge daily on the following basis
- A list of available dishes with prices will be sent to you with your provisional booking form and again with your invoice a week before arrival
- Orders need to be received five days in advance to allow for purchase of supplies
- All food is freshly prepared to order and not frozen
- Recipes are tried and tested home recipes
- Dishes available include casseroles, vegetables, salads, desserts, cakes, biscuits, muffins and ice cream
- Casseroles and vegetables need to be heated prior to eating
- A full catering service is available for special occasion dinners and lunches/brunches from an excellent professional caterer based in Vaalwater. The office can put you in touch with the caterer.

Servicing |
Because most of our guests prefer to have complete privacy and thus do not want staff ‘invading’ them, servicing is offered as an optional extra. The following services are available and should be booked in advance through the office. See the tariffs page for charges.
- Full service – making beds, cleaning bathroom and kitchen, sweeping, hanging out towels
- After meal clean up
- Child minding
- Linen and towels are changed after four nights. A full service at no charge is provided with the change.
Servicing is not available on Sundays, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday and Good Friday |
